Sweet Little Sin 😅 When Hareniks Stopped the Traffic

There are shoots where you carefully control every detail… and then there are shoots where Hareniks walks into the street with a red ice pop and suddenly nobody remembers where they were going.
We started Sweet Little Sin 1 outside, under those beautiful purple jacaranda trees. The idea was light, playful and summery: Hareniks in her red camisole, tiny white skirt and red heels, walking through the sunshine as if she owned the afternoon.
And she absolutely did.
The first few frames were innocent enough. A smile over her shoulder, a little taste of the ice pop, that mischievous look she gives the camera when she knows perfectly well what she is doing. Then she started playing with the skirt.
That was the moment our quiet street stopped being quiet.
Cars slowed down. One driver almost forgot he was supposed to keep moving. Another simply stopped and stared until somebody behind him reminded him with the horn—that this was still technically a road. Within a few minutes we had created our own little traffic problem.
I was trying to keep shooting while laughing, telling Hareniks, “You realize you are stopping the traffic?”
She just looked back at me with that sweet smile, lifted the skirt a little higher for the next frame and carried on eating her ice pop.
Completely innocent, of course. 😈
That contrast is what I love about photographing her. Hareniks can look incredibly sweet one second and then, with one small movement or one glance into the lens, turn the entire mood upside down. She never needs to force it. The teasing comes naturally.
Eventually I decided we had tested the patience of the local drivers enough and moved the shoot indoors.
And that was where the “little sin” became considerably less innocent.
The warm orange bed, afternoon light and those red heels gave us exactly the atmosphere I wanted. Hareniks relaxed almost immediately, and the playful energy from the street followed us straight into the room. What began as a sunny walk outside slowly became something much more intimate, provocative and deliciously mischievous.
Looking through the finished photographs now, I still laugh remembering the cars lining up behind us.
So if you ever wondered whether a beautiful girl can literally stop traffic…
Hareniks already proved it.
