Come Catch Me 2 💓 Luna Art Brings the Chase to Life

When I photographed Luna Art for Come Catch Me 1, the idea was built around one simple feeling: the thrill of the chase.
Luna was perfect for it. Her soft red waves, pale-pink lingerie and almost innocent expression gave the photographs a romantic sweetness, but there was always that mischievous little look in her eyes telling you she knew exactly what she was doing.
Now the story continues in motion.
Come Catch Me 2 is the video version of that MetArtX shoot, and suddenly all those little moments between the photographs become part of the story the way Luna moves around the room, the pauses between poses, the glance back toward my camera and that playful confidence slowly taking over.
This is one of the things I enjoy most about shooting both photography and video. A photograph freezes the perfect fraction of a second. Video gives you everything happening around it.
And Luna gave me plenty.
During the shoot she could switch from soft and elegant to wonderfully provocative almost instantly. I would change my position or move the camera slightly and she was already reacting to it, turning the whole session into a little game between model and photographer.
There wasn't much need to direct her. Sometimes the best thing I could do was simply keep the camera rolling.
As the shoot progressed, the delicate pink styling disappeared and the atmosphere became warmer and much more intimate. Yet Luna never lost the playful personality that made the original Come Catch Me photographs so much fun.
She wasn't simply posing anymore.
She was teasing the camera.
That is why Come Catch Me 2 feels like the natural second half of the original shoot. The photographs invited you into Luna's game; the film finally lets you follow her through it.
And looking back at the footage, I still think the title says everything.
Come catch me… if you can.
