Ashly Rabbit in Love My Body 😈 Behind the Scenes

There was something wonderfully uncomplicated about this shoot with Ashly Rabbit. No oversized production, no dramatic location just a warm room, soft evening light, a camera, and Ashly slowly discovering how much attitude she could bring into such a simple space.
We started with the sweeter side of the idea. The little pink dress, dark hair falling around her face, and those black heels gave her an almost innocent elegance. But Ashly has that look where you immediately know there is another side waiting underneath.
And she knew it too.
Between frames she would glance back at me with that tiny smile half shy, half “I know exactly what I'm doing.” I kept telling her not to pose too much, just move, play with the dress, forget the camera for a moment. That was when the set really started coming alive.
Little by little the pink disappeared and the black lingerie took over the mood.
The funny part was how relaxed Ashly became as the shoot grew more daring. She would change position, look toward the monitor, laugh at one of the photographs and then immediately give me a completely different expression when I raised the camera again. Sweet Ashly one second… dangerously confident Ashly the next.
The white chair became our little playground. I moved around her looking for angles while she experimented with shapes, stretching those long legs, turning toward the light and occasionally giving me a look that made it very clear she was enjoying teasing the photographer just as much as the camera.
At one point I stopped shooting for a few seconds and simply said, “Stay exactly there.”
She smiled.
That is usually when I know I have the photograph.
What I like about Love My Body is that it doesn't feel forced. The sensuality grows naturally throughout the shoot. Ashly begins soft and playful, then slowly becomes more confident until there is almost nothing left between her personality and my lens.
And that, for me, is always much sexier than trying too hard.
A beautiful evening, a very flirtatious Ashly Rabbit, and one of those shoots where the final pictures still carry the little private smiles and playful moments that happened between the frames.
