Dakota Doll

Dakota Doll brings a lively sense of humour and a spontaneous energy to our shoots together. A quiet room rarely stays quiet for long: there is usually a conversation, a joke or an unexpected expression that changes the photograph. This page brings together her portraits and the stories behind our work, by David Ekmekci.

In Sweet Surrender, warm light and a velvet sofa set the scene. Flirty Fun turned a small bedroom into a space full of possibilities, while Polished Charm paired scarlet styling with a leather armchair. For Don’t Let Me Fade, soft pink lace stood out against dark curtains and an emerald-green chair. Each story starts with a different setting, but Dakota’s personality gives it a familiar thread.
